Peklava LLC, DBA RateZip, is a Marketing Lead Generator and a Duly Licensed Mortgage Broker, as required by law, in 24 states. NMLS ID 1592292. Our record is publicly inspectable via NMLS Consumer Access.
Where we operate
Our services are directed at, and made available to, persons in the continental U.S. and Hawaii only. Regulated activity is limited to the states where we hold the required licenses.

Peklava is a marketing and media company. Except where we hold a specific license for a specific activity, we are not a lender, a bank, an insurance carrier, or a credit decision-maker. We do not approve loans, open accounts, issue policies, or make credit decisions.
We connect consumers who are actively shopping with companies that offer the products they’re shopping for. We are compensated by those companies, and that compensation may affect which products are presented and how — see our Advertising Disclosure.
